The placement of the package depends on where you live.
🏡 If you live in a house or a row house with a private mailbox that is unlocked:
Place the package in your mailbox marked with name and address
📫 If you live in a house or a row house and your mailbox is locked, then you have two options:
Keep your mailbox unlocked the night chosen for pickup and place the package in it
Hang the package in a bag on the mailbox
Remember the mailbox must be marked with your name and address.
🏬 If you live in an apartment building with small mailboxes with locks:
Place the package on the doormat in front of your apartment
Our system will check your address and choose a correct pickup place for you when you accept a book request with 'Home to home'. You will then receive a message from us with information where you should place your package for pickup.
There are some exceptions to these rules, so follow the information about your pickup placement in the message you receive from us.
