📦 HOME TO HOME
When buying a used book with "Home to home" delivery, you can only pay with credit/debit card. You can add and change your payment card here:
My profile > Settings > Payment settings
The card that is marked as "Primary" is the one that will be used.
If you send a request, a payment will be reserved on your account right away. The money will not however be captured before the request is accepted by the seller.
A seller has 7 days to accept or decline a request. If the request is expired, cancelled or declined, then the reservation of the payment will be lifted and the money returns to your account within 1-3 business days.
When a reservation of payment is lifted, it will not show as a refund, but the transaction will be completely deleted from your bank account, as if it never happened.
💬 MEETUP
When buying a used book via "Meetup", the seller and buyer schedule payment and delivery themselves. Private delivery and payment is at your own risk.
